Maintenance

We offer a comprehensive warranty on all refurbished devices purchased:

  • If structural damage occurs within seven days of purchase, the device will be exchanged for another refurbished unit from the same or a higher series.
  • If a mechanical or electrical defect occurs within fourteen days, the device will also be exchanged for a refurbished unit from the same or a higher series.
  • After this period, a twelve (12) month warranty on parts and labor applies. This coverage covers defects caused by remanufacturing or manufacturing errors.

Warranty:

  • The warranty expires when the machine or accessories are resold.
  • Devices supplied as replacements under warranty are covered by the remaining warranty period of the original product.
